NEM-20A/C merupakan tipe Master Nurse call Aiphone kapasitas 20 kamar atau 20 bed, fungsi alat ini sebagai master control untuk menerima panggilan dari pasien rawat inap apabila membutuhkan pertolongan. Selain dari pada itu juga dilengkapi tombol panggil untuk pengumuman ( semua speaker sub station ruang pasien akan berbunyi bersamaan bila tombol All Call di tekan ).
